I’d be happy to ‘show and tell’ what we’ve done and why.

Some powerpoint slides and a quick demo would probably fill about 25 minutes and the inevitable questions and discussion following would easily fill another 10 minutes

I could quite easily do another on our ‘Knowledge management portal’ (some call it an intranet) at TechnoPhobia. It’s been running for a couple of years on WPMU and some custom plug-ins. My first offering would be entitled ‘Everything I know about writing WP plugins in 30 minutes’.

I’m not sure it would actually last that long, but it would include:
- mistakes I make every time
- mistakes that other people make all the time
- debugging tools
- AJAX requests/responses
